We’re looking for extroverted students to help us promote our clients to other students on your campus. We work with a variety of clients like Gopuff, Doordash, Xfinity, and various student housing properties.

What You Would Do:
• Distribute promotional items and flyers to students on and off your campus, at Greek houses, and around bars.
• Snap 20 fun, good-quality photos of other students with promo items during the event.
• Eagerly approach and engage students in promoting the companies we work with.
Time Commitment: 1-3 Events/Week (events range from 2-4 hours each)
Requirements:
• Willing to distribute promo items on and off campus.
• Active college student or recent college grad.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• A working location-enabled smartphone.

Micro Influencer 📸
Do you love posting on Instagram or setting up photoshoots with friends? Does getting paid for your creative content excite you? We are looking for exceptional Micro Influencers with a following of 2,500+, who actively post and receive strong engagement on Instagram. The Micro Influencer program is a great opportunity to grow your following and enhance your brand. You will get the chance to use your Instagram profile to create content for housing companies on your campus and a variety of national brands.
You should not apply to this position if you do not meet the requirements, are not comfortable posting sponsored content on your socials, are not creative, or do not have the time.
We have worked with brands like Dominos, Gopuff, Smile Direct Club and Tide Laundry. If social media, creative freedom, and getting paid to post sounds like something that interests you, then this is the job for you!
What You Would Do:
- Make creative Instagram posts to promote a brand or housing client (depending on the campaign).
- We’re currently advertising for national brands like Gopuff as well as various national housing properties
Time Commitment:
- A couple of hours per month for taking photos
- About an hour per week to edit, submit for approval, post, and submit payment for your photos
Requirements:
- 2,500+ Instagram followers
- 10%+ engagement rate
- Experience with brands or social content creation
- Willing to be a public profile during the campaign
- Willing to turn profile into a Creator Profile
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S.

Student Data Collector 📋
Are you a detail-driven student constantly striving for accuracy and improvement? Do you love taking notes in class, ensuring you get every possible bit of information you can? Are you interested in giving feedback to local businesses? If so, The Black Sheep is looking for someone to collect information about local businesses, and you would be perfect for this job!
You should not apply for this role if you have poor note-taking skills, do not have great attention to detail, don’t have a poker face, or don’t have great time-management skills.
What You Would Do:
- Work as a secret shopper acting as a potential customer to evaluate local businesses. Tasks include
- Submitting questions via email or online forms on business websites and documenting any responses.
- Calling businesses to ask questions and get further information after submitting online questions.
- Visit businesses as a customer, ask relevant questions, and evaluate employee interactions.
- Communicate effectively by keeping in touch with your manager to schedule and accomplish weekly tasks promptly.
- Complete comprehensive reports assessing employee and business performance.
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per week
Requirements:
- Must be a college student living within driving distance of your campus
- Must be comfortable engaging with properties as a prospective lessee
- Diligent and organized note-taking skills
- Reliable transportation
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S.
