About Our Staffing Manager Position

The Black Sheep is looking to hire a Staffing Manager. In this position, you will be managing a group of Staffing Assistants who conduct high quality interviews. You will work with several people in and out of our offices, utilizing our ATS and other platforms to connect to students nationwide.
Responsibilities:
• Train, onboard, and manage a team of Staffing Assistants.
• Conduct weekly 1-1s with each Staffing Assistant.
• Ensure all Staffing Assistants bring in high offer acceptance rates.
• Vet all interview notes to confirm candidates that are moving through the recruitment process are high quality.
• Track the hiring process through our ATS on a daily basis.
• Research and implement new interview strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Remote for the time being, but a Chicago residency is mandatory so as to be able to work in our Chicago offices. This is not a permanently remote position.
